As a customer service manager for a previous employer he helped the company grow from 1.2 million dollars in revenue to over 35 million when he left. He and his wife Marjie just celebrated their 30th Anniversary in October 2011. Together they have 2 grown sons, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. They reside in a small town just west of Minneapolis Minnesota. Doug is the owner of New Customers Now! Minnesota, a Direct Marketing company.
