Synopsis
The book is about the life and death of SPC Richard Thomas Davis. The author documents the story about his military family. She articulates his tormented life in the barracks and the gruesome murder by four of his own comrades upon their arrival from the bloodiest battle during the Invasion of Iraq in 2003.

About the Author
Remy Davis is a US Army Vietnam Era Veteran, W. A. C. and Women's Army Corps. She is a "Gold Star Mom" and a widow of a Vietnam Veteran. She worked for the Veterans Administration Regional Office, St. Louis Missouri. She worked for the Department of Corrections in the State of California, Kansas, and Missouri. She worked with the Civil Service overseas for the US Army as a Drug and Alcohol counselor in Nurnberg, Germany. She has a BA degree in Psychology. She completed masters work in Clinical Psychology. She lives in Apple Valley, California, where she writes her poetry. Author of the poetry book entitled Catharsis and the founder of the Richard Thomas Foundation for Peace, Inc. since 2007.
