Synopsis
Thirty years ago Annie Lisa Painter was murdered. Now she's back, loaded for bear. Stephen is too smitten with her breasts to understand the woman he's become mixed up with. She's an ex-spy who knows too much, while he knows too little about his own sexuality to worry about anything else. The scariest waterfalls in the southern United States used to be in Georgia at Tallulah Falls, and then in 1913 Georgia Power built a dam. If there's a connection between the falls and Annie Lisa Painter, Stephen doesn't get it.
