PLEASE NOTE: (1) Tips of top corners and lower corner back board lightly dinged. (2) There is some wear to the cloth on the top edge of the back board near the head of the spine. It appears to have been rubbed / scraped. (3) Remainder mark bottom fore-edge. This copy is smyth sewn. Smyth sewing is a method of bookbinding where groups of folded pages (referred to as signatures) are stitched together using binder thread. Each folded signature is sewn together individually with multiple stitches and then joined with other signatures to create the complete book block.
