Dr. Joe Jenney is a retired executive with twenty years of experience managing, training and consulting in systems engineering. He has experience in a variety of organizations including aerospace, defense, research and development, federal government, banking, consulting and civic organizations. He learned the principles and practices of modern systems engineering from working with some of the finest systems engineers in the aerospace and defense industry, from developing and implementing training programs in systems engineering and by practicing the methods described in this book. He is also the author of the book The Manager’s Guide for Effective Leadership.
