Steve Woodsmall is living proof that "experience is what you get just after you needed it" He shares lessons he's learned as an Air Force officer, consultant, basketball official, manager, instructor, and parent-some hilarious, some melancholy, and each one meaningful. These real-life stories give all of us experience before we need it! Steve, a native of Elnora, Indiana, holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, a master's degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization & Management with a specialty in management education. He also has a Post-Master's Certification in College Teaching. He's an avid golfer and SCUBA diver, and has four children and three grandchildren.
