About the Author
I was born in the Bronx, NY and lived there almost my whole life. In 1994 my family moved to Westchester, NY which is where we still live. I have a younger brother who is an ordained Rabbi and lives in Israel with his wife and eight children. I attended NYC public schools until I graduated in the 1980's and attended the College of New Rochelle, where I received a degree in Psychology and Education. I also have a master's degree in special education from Grand Canyon University online. I have worked for a private school for children with special needs for 23 years. In 1989 I was married and stayed married until my divorce in 2004. Since then, I have found the love of my life again and have been with him since 2003. We are now living together.
