From Day One to Day Eighteen, he witnessed his life transform from asking many questions to receiving some answers. In the beginning, Donald was sure his life was over. Donald C. Abernathy grew up in East Saint Louis, Illinois. After a brief life attending Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, He soon moved to Louisville, Kentucky. There is where he married his first wife at the age of twenty three. The marriage came to end after seven years in nineteen eighty six. The couple had one child, Nikki Denise.After moving to Houston, Texas, he remarried in nineteen ninety five to his current wife, Yvette. That marriage gave two more children, Kemet Almustafa and Ayanah Kemba. Donald has also been a restaurant manager for over twenty years with different concepts. He now resides with his sister and mother in Missouri City, Texas where he is working for another restaurant and is attending college at the University of Phoenix.
