About the Author
Dr. Anna Yusim is a board-certified psychiatrist with a private practice on New York City's Upper East Side. After completing programs at Stanford University, Yale Medical School, and NYU's Psychiatric Residency Training Program, Dr. Yusim went to on study Kabbalah, learn Buddhist meditation, and train under South American shamans and Indian gurus.
