Synopsis

This book is a guide for all who are aspiring to the school superintendency, including current superintendents anticipating their next move. The ground rules are included for this most unique of search processes. If a candidate doesn't understand the "unwritten" rules of the game, it is very difficult to be successful. This book also provides guidance for success in that most critical first year on the job. School boards needing to navigate a superintendent search process will also find this information valuable.
