About the Author

Kai Roer is a management consultant and trainer with extensive international experience. He is a guest lecturer at The Norwegian School of Management, and the owner of The Roer Group, a European management consulting group focusing on information security and governance. He has worked in many of the European countries, speaks six languages, and conduct speeches and trainings on three continents. Roer have a large, international network, and is regarded a thought-leader by his peers. Roer is awarded International Training Fellow in Junior Chamber International. He serves as board member in numerous organizations. Roer maintains a blog on information security and governance (www.roer.com), and a blog on motivation and leadership (www.bebetter.no).
