About the Author

Pamela Anne Bro received her doctorate in theology and anthropology, doing field work with the Lakota, and mindfulness training with Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh. She obtained her Masters in Theater in Berlin, Germany and earned her Divinity Degree from Union Seminary in New York City. An ordained minister for almost 30 years, she recently taught and was pastor at Yale University. She founded and pastors Living Waters Sanctuary, a universal Christian community, in Virginia Beach, where she is engaged in spiritual counseling, public speaking and interfaith dialogue. She enjoys living with her family on the Chesapeake Bay.
