A photo guide to the over 140 historic 'authentic' covered bridges remaining in Ohio. Written and photographed by Jack R Perry and includes many high dynamic range photos. The book provides the locations and GPS coordinates for each bridge, when built, details on the truss system used and more. Lots of down to earth details to create your own day excursions or weekend trips to visit covered bridges. Many of Ohio's bridges are unique and some examples are found only in Ohio: the Roberts Covered Bridge located Preble County in SE Ohio built 1829 is the second oldest bridge in the U.S and the only remaining doubled-barreled covered bridge in Ohio.
