(Chronicle), explores the use of the voice, via, at first, a single blue circle. Addressing the reader throughout with Tullet's trademark dashed-off, capitalized invitations ("ARE YOU REALLY SURE YOU WANT TO PLAY?"), the book prompts its audience to utter big and little "OH"s, vary the volume and tempo, sustain the sound for the length of a double-page spread - and try shivering, crying and diving OHs. It then introduces a new colour/sound - a red dot, AH, who interacts with the first. Herve Tullet is known for his prodigious versatility, from directing ad campaigns to designing fabric for Hermes. But his real love is working with children, for whom he has published dozens of books, including the NYT bestsellers Press Here, Mix It Up!, and Let's Play!. He lives in Harlem, New York City.
