Janet Crowther and Katie Covington are the founders of For the Makers, a NYC-based jewelry kit subscription service with 22k email subscribers. Between the two of them, they've consulted or designed lines for an impressive list of brands, including Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade, Anthropologie, Free People, and Club Monaco.
