Synopsis

This book is easy to read and describes to the reader a simple solution to solving problems. There are many approaches that can be taken when attempting to solve problems and if not used correctly the results could be catastrophic. Just because someone does not have a formal technical degree is no reason they cannot be a successful problem solver within their organization. The approach described within this book will show easy to follow steps as well as some interesting examples of real life situations that will capture and hold the reader's attention. The knowledge from this approach has been taken from over 20 years of studying numerous type industries and understanding how they have become successful problem solvers. It is much better for an organization to have a shop full of problem solvers than to have only a few highly paid highly skilled ones that can only centralize their focus to one or two issues at a time. Of course the more problem solvers you have the more problems that can be solved. The more problems that can be solved, the more profitable you will become.
