About the Author

MABEL ELIZABETH HENRY was born in Brooklyn, New York, where she resided until November 1988. She relocated to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she is currently living. The love of God is her theme for life and has been from the day she received Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord. Mabel is elated for this vast opportunity to be able to communicate what God truly mean to her through creative writing. Her aspirations are to edify and encourage all people through this poetic endeavor. In addition to writing poetry, Mabel has composed songs for an album in which she sang with the group called Chrisma. The name Chrisma is taken from the Greek and means "the endowment or anointing of the Holy Spirit" Her reliance is absolutely on the anointing and enrichment which she believes only the Holy Spirit can inspire to share with the world by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
