About the Author

For Marilyn, executive coaching is a natural extension of her formal education and people-focused career. Marilyn's education includes a Bachelor in Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1988, a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2003 from Providence Seminary in Manitoba, Canada, and a graduate certificate in executive coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia in 2006. With Vision Coaching, Inc. as a senior executive coach and facilitator, Marilyn works one on one with leaders in various types of organisations. Marilyn shares and gains wisdom with people on a variety of leadership topics through seminars, team coaching, and keynote addresses at events. Marilyn lives with her husband, Bill, and youngest son, Andrew, in Atlantic Canada. Marilyn has an older son, Caleb, and two adult stepchildren with Bill, Alyssa and Bill.
