About the Author

Bishop L.M. Braswell is the senior pastor of Light of Peace Missionary Baptist Church. He is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, preaching the gospel for over thirty-seven years. In 1980, God called him to his first church pastorate. He has served as pastor for thirty-two years. In 2005, he received his Doctor of Divinity degree from the Eastern Carolina Christian College & Seminary. He also had the opportunity to travel to Africa and Israel to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the husband of Rev. Dr. Mildred W. Braswell.
