The greatest experience that an individual can have is being empowered with knowledge of self, i.e., cultural awareness, which emanates into self-pride and confidence in one's ability to achieve success in all of their endeavors in life. Culture becomes the vessel that propels the individual into action in a conscious state of existence. Once bought into this state of consciousness, one is enabled to make proactive decisions in their lives, no longer allowing the media, environmental conditions, and others to become enablers for them. Each chapter represents different phases of mentally transforming instructive messages, thus, initiating a new way of listening, contemplating and reacting to the conditions of the Pied Piper. The order and arrangement of this book is a governing line of thought, all of which corresponds to the Pharonic mentality. As one synthesis the information of each proceeding chapters it embark the reader on a journey of self-exploration. This book heightens the individual's ability to convert words of power, into inner strength and spiritual ascendancy. This book is not to be read like a novel, but explored chapter by chapter as a mean of grasping the intricate nature of the subject matter. Also, it is an excellent introductory examination of the various facets involved in the Pied Piper Effect and the impact that music has on society as a whole. As my Grandmother use to say, "If You Dance To The Music, You Have To Pay The Piper."

Chapter One

The Pied Piper Effect: Myth or Reality

Thus, was the task, a blast from the past, having the vindictive nature of a prudent and wicked class. They played the songs, which we have known so well. The harmony of the music told such a wonderful tale. They understood the nature of what music could do. History has shown us that some legends can somehow come true. The power of the mind can control the soul, of the very young, and even the old. Once the mind has been conquered, the actions of body will simultaneously dance, to the rhythm and beat of the Pied Piper Effect.

There was this place that came into existence from old, past, present and future that inbreeds a new and indifferent soul. Those who know the name and the location of the place were shamed and were caused to fall from grace, and were too disgusted to give the name of this place. Well known too many with exception to few, it was the Alpha and Omega the City of Blue. If one could image such eloquence and grace being a location that was unlike any other place. Many desired to be inhabitants of this place where dancing was found with such a delicate pace.

The commonality of this society decided, out of fear that many others would somehow begin to appear. Hush became the beat they began to play-still creating the same excitement as they had previously displayed. It became well known all over the world, that caused a rush by land and then by sea. The sky was no limit for those who were intrigued by element of dance and laughter, which set the souls free. Selfishness became the nature of those who thought, that they discovered this place that was inhabited by time.

The first musical notes came from the air then winds, traveling in the sky. The sun and the moon had found such a wonderful delight. Soon the stars joined in with all their might, to keep up with the rhythm of the music found throughout the night. The clouds decided to join in with the sky, pardon me please can we have the next dance. Then came thunder with lightning not far behind with the speed light from an ancient time. Next, the rain, hail, sleet and then snow, all began to dance in their own movement so equally so. All of the elements earth, wind and fire, seems to be in the same trance, all wanting to take part in this exciting dance.

When the animals began to see such delight the birds decided to take their flight, flapping their wings, dancing and singing their songs of love and despair. The mountains began to echo their parts as well. Then the water made its move down the mountain-sides, through the valleys twisting and turning, joining in duets with lakes, rivers, and streams, with the chorus of the seas, which caused the oceans to make its roar. When the lions and lioness on the prairie heard, they joined in too, which summoned many other of nature's friends. Then the elephants jumped in with much delight, adding their notes with the sweet sounds of their pipes. Each animal knew their personal roles to play, which derived from their divine utterance within their soul. All began to dance with such eloquence and grace which created this into a very enchanting place.

What these new inhabitants seem to neglect was the principals of nature guides this dance with much respect. Those that follow the lyrics of this song, continues this dance to the beat of its own. What nature gives, nature can certainly change the tempo and rhythm to movement of the beat. The indigenous people of the City of Blue never violated the sequential order of time and space.

Their dances were of rhythmic nature, and of praise, for the gifts, which nature has bestowed. Some called them mystical, while others say time traveler, who follow the laws of nature. They were guided by truth, justice and righteousness, governed by reciprocity. Each knew that whatever gifts that nature provides to us, those things must be preserved and replenished for the ones not yet born.

As the universe continues to echo and evolve, the musical splendor of the sounds begins to reverberate and compel others with the movement of the beat and their existence as well. People began to rush to this dance of time, motion and action of the ancient times. Upon others arriving at this splendid and special place, some decided to change the lyrics and the pace rearranging the music that best suited their personal taste, conquer, control and even destroy the laws of nature within this beautiful sound. In doing so they created divisions, and they began to categorize and qualify what's good and bad sounds, the kinds of music could and should be listening too, as well as, where and who owned the right to create and produce it.

Once greed entered the process, the sound of the music began to change. These sounds of nature which were once free are now being sought out to be controlled, thus, causing a negative reaction in the soul. That which nature gives to the universe holds to no ones right to reproduce a song of an indifferent beat. The dances that nature inspires in the human soul will never be conquered or ever to be sold. There will be individuals who will try to stifle and muffle the sound, thus causing a state of rebellion all around. So the people continued dancing, the dance of love, despite the plight of the Piper's flight. Unceremoniously there was a sudden reconfiguration of tempo and harmony of the beat which changed the dance of love, to one of dread.

In feeling the effect of this indifference of musical adept and dance, it initiated others to seek out a way to bring back natural rhythm and save the day. The conditions of life that used to exist have indirectly turned into the dance of the oppressed. The originators of the sounds that were once loved and revered, now have feelings of disgraced and one of fear. People began to move into divisions based on race, other wise know as the psychology of the oppressed. Thereby, creating a state of suppression, and oppression in their wholly affairs, stifling the upward mobility of those who were considered outside of the dominant pace. The sound of the beat that now exists moves them all into an unnatural twist, to a state of mind called mental illness.

Those that go against the principals of nature, becomes a lure of the pipers despiteful wishes. Music was the heartbeat of the land that provided an avenue for freedom of dance. This new form of authority that now exists is not conducive to natural conditions. They impose their will over the inhabitants of the land, thus, elevating themselves to the level of super-humans.

People began to fall into great despair; the beat of their music was no longer there. Thus, producing beats with sorrowful song and chattel wails. Then out of the blue, a voice appeared chanting the truth from an ancient time which began to echo a fable of old, which taught the lesson of the immorality of the soul. This fable has been passed down throughout time from generation to generation to heal and regenerate the spirit of ancient times.

In the beginning of time before the creation of human beings, there was a discussion in Heaven, overseen by the Creator of the universe, between the angels of the heaven concerning the creation of mankind. One angel thought that mankind would be a mistake because man would sin. Another angel felt that because man would sin, he would soon seek out the Creator and try to destroy him/her because of their disbelief. Another angel said, "This is true however, maybe we can find somewhere where man will never look to find whether the Creator exists."

Another angel said, "Maybe the Creator can be hidden in the depths of the earth." Then another angel said, "If man thought that the existence of the Creator could be found in the earth that man would work feverously to develop technology to located and destroy the Creators' resting place." Soon another angel conceived the idea why not hide the Creator in the heavens, man might not be able to locate the secret hidden space.

Low and behold a pure voice resounded and said, "It's a great idea, however, there is a more simplistic place where most will never dwell." There was a silence in the heavens that bought forth sweet music to the ears, eyes, heart and mind which uttered divine speech and the voice said, "Let us hide the Creator of the universe and the heaven inside mankind where only those who love and know the creator will know." This is because most man/woman will be so busy trying to locate a place; he/she will never take the time to look into themselves.

Thus the Creator said, "May these words be manifested into action and then came the creation of man/woman, and animals who unlike human being will be guided by instinct, and not by free will. Since man/woman has the ability to make choices in life, they have the potential of falling from grace. The laws of nature will be instilled with animals, thus exemplified through their instinctive drive to perpetuate life. Human beings have a choice to either follow the laws of nature or follow the instincts of their own petty selfish nature, which will only bring about their destructive demise. This is why it is so important for one to "know themselves," to receive the blessing from above that elevates the soul to its spiritual sphere, to the sound of the music that bonds us with the universe and divinity within.

The indigenous population of the City of Blue was aware of the power of the intergenerational transmission of knowledge that existed throughout time. Those that still govern their lives in accordance with the principal of nature will always be able to hear the harmonious nature of the rhythmic beat, which inspires the sweetness of dance and laughter. So the people continue to rejoice and praise, for the inspirational music that alleviates the soul to its highest stage of spirituality. However, there were those who decided to go contrary to the principal of nature. They imposed their own laws on human beings and upon nature. Hence, the birth of greed and dissection, followed by prejudice and discrimination, and this is how racism came into existence.

The City of Blue became a place that has lost the heartbeat of its soul. It no longer had the ability to draw in distance souls, united by the sound of the music that was conducive to dance. The children of this society began to rebel against their inability to do, and listen to whatever kind of music they wanted to hear, play and dance too.

This became a big problem in the household of those who decided to take control of the music and rob the soul. They assume that in spite of all their wealth and power, that they could place this music upon a shelf or inside some musical tower. This caused their children's ears to become deaf and mute. Their hearts were now filled with grief and sorrow.

However, to their dismay their children became of a very resentful and hateful nature. They began to rebel in school, church and all avenues of life. No longer were they following the rules established in their household and the community-at-large. It became a state of total anarchy. These youth created destruction and havoc wherever they touched soil. They began to conquer country after country imposing their rules and authority over the world. They played a completely different beat to a dance that placed them in a very wicket and evil trance. No longer having the ability to hear the sounds of old, they found themselves losing their souls at the expense of gaining the world.

The ethics of work moved far from their minds. They decided to force their will upon others unlike their own kind. They came upon another place inhibited by time and found a group of people who would suit them fine. The fruits of their labor worked oh so well, until they heard the beat of a foreign wail that echoed the sound of an ancient time. Governed by the laws of nature as well, that made them wonder has time prevailed. They sang the same kind of songs of rivers and streams, mountain and valleys, birds and bees, living in harmony with the flowers and the trees. There were those who remembered the dance of love, so they decided not to continue to travel down this soulless road.

The children! The children! They wanted to dance and they too became ostracized by members of their own clan, for simply partaking in this enchanted dance, which revert them back into this trance, of just wanting to continue to dance. Many others joined with much delight, thus causing other members to resist and put up a fight against the dangers of the music and what it could ignite. They were taught a very valuable lesson concerning the power of dance, that the children must be guarded against this musical trance. Beware of the music and the lyrics of the song being piped to the minds of youths while they are out of your sight.

Thus, causing another state of rebellious behavior in the children of their race, and they were told fables of how this music can make them fall from grace. No matter the consequences of their actions, it was never too severe, it was too late-the Pied Piper Effect had already appeared. The children began to rejoice in revelation of the dance, a love that elevated their level of consciousness into a trance. Children all over the world found great delight by the song that they heard when the piper piped. Some parents felt very similar delight, as they began to partake in the Pipers' plight during the night when they thought that their actions would be out of sight.

The new inhabitants summoned a counsel to convene over what could be done to hinder this love of dance that was causing such a trance in the lives of the youths who could not resist the urge to dance. It was concluded with great despair that there seemed no way of getting them out of this fear. So they decided that somehow that they had to find a way, to gain control of the business of music the children wanted to play. It is one thing to see our children being obsessed by the power of dance. However, we must not allow others to become liberated by dance; they might attempt to seize the power right out of our hands.

The solution to their problem would be to control the minds of those people who make and write the lyrics to the songs, that unleashes the Pied Piper Effect on the minds of the young of that day. They began to work feverously to figure out how to dominate the market and seize control over all facets of the business. Some became producers, while others became writers, marketers, and distributors. In essence, they became the beat, lyric, notes, and harmony they were the music. They became the new pipers, and they sought out others who would pipe to the beat of their songs. Time has shown the destructive nature of inappropriate music and lyrics in a song which could haunt a generation for a lifetime if left alone.

This indifferent group began to make great profits off those indulgers who found the need to dance. It became the new form of psychology, mind control through means of subliminal suggestion of the lyrics in songs. The songs that once used to be about love, happiness, togetherness and the elevation of the soul now ceased to exist. All one can now hear in the lyrics of the piper songs are one of hate, self-destruction behavior and despair.

Contrary to all their studies of psychology and sociology and what they thought was only going to affect members outside of their ethic group, are now affecting society as a whole. The Pied Piper Effect does not discriminate, and has no prejudice against any group of people. It charms all the commonality in a society, male, female, black, white, yellow, brown, young and old.

However, what they seem to have forgotten is that the Supreme Piper had already laid the foundation in the principles of nature the ability to create music out of nothingness. The power of the mind has the potential to move mountains through the spirits of an ancient time. The laws of nature govern the well-being of the universe and bring into existence new generations of pipers to heal the nation. Once again since human are not driven by instinct, they have the ability to make conscious choices as they journey through the dance of life.
