Synopsis
In 1871 Kiowa war chief Satanta boasted that he had led a war party against a wagon train of freighters. His boasting led to his arrest along with two other chiefs. Never before had an Indian war party been put on trial, compelled to defend their acts of violence. Cynthia Haseloff has dramatised this moment in American history.
