He is a Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) Practitioner, and he has held the position of 'Head of Microsoft Practice' at two UK consultancy companies that enjoyed Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status. Tony has a long history of working with, and teaching, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and associated software development processes including the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF).
