About the Author

'RamPad' is a pseudonym or 'nom de plume' (pen name) for the Author. His education is primarily in engineering and later in management. His professional experience so far, in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field, includes roles as an educator, engineer and executive in the academia, industry and government. He also achieved industry certifications in data communication and networking (Cisco), and information security (Check Point Security and Internet Security Systems) during that time. He has presented training workshops/seminars globally with excellent feedback from participants.
