He, further learns, that facts are not flexible and that doing the "right" thing is the only acceptable alternative regardless of personal consequences. About the Author

Jim Bundy wrote this book at age 78 after being put on hospice care. Jim acually graduated from hospice (who does that?) and returned to his beloved Alabama to complete this story and play par golf! This story of a young man growing up in Alabama reflected many of the adventures Jim experienced in his youth. Jim grew up in Covington County, Alabama. He was the son of sharecroppers. He and two friends formed a comedy singing trio in high school. He graduated from Southern Colorado State College with a BA in Public Speaking and was a few hours short of a Master's Degree. Jim served 20 years in the United States Air Force, participating in computerized air defense in the Combat Operations Center at Norad. He owned an advertising agency in Colorado Springs and wrote articles for several newspapers. He spent over 35 years in radio including a stint as a disc jockey at KSSS for a big band show in the sixties, announcing local high school sports, Colorado College hockey and Air Force Academy games. He was a radio talk show host at KVOR interviewing dignitaries, generals, politicians, professors and military heroes. Jim Bundy also wrote "Of Rebels n' Rednecks, The Way We Wuz" a story about the pre civil war activities that led to the inevitable war. The was about color; the color of money.
