Carolyn Starr-Arrington is a certified human resources professional with an extensive corporate background. Carolyn initiated a community mentoring program for several high schools. She conducted management training workshops and career/job fairs. Carolyn appeared in the magazine, Diversity/Careers in Engineering & Information Technology (01/03). Carolyn has published numerous employee handbooks, policy/procedure manuals as well as newsletters. One of Carolyn's poems appeared in the 1997 edition, in the National Library of Poetry. But this is her first book of poetry.
