William F. (Fred) Hawkins has over thirty years’ experience in manufacturing, R & D, and service organizations. He has held people management and profit and loss responsibilities. Currently, Fred is President of the American Productivity Training Institute, Inc. He has conducted hundreds of public and in-house management seminars for audiences in the United States, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Middle East. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. Fred has written and produced numerous management courses in a broad range of management and supervisory topics. Familiarity with computer-based and accelerated learning approaches make his material practical and engaging for both the classroom and online delivery. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
