Tettey-Fio) of Race, Ethnicity, and Place in a Changing America, also published by SUNY Press. Florence M. Margai is Associate Professor of Geography at Binghamton University, State University of New York. She is the author of Environmental Health Hazards and Social Justice: Geographical Perspectives on Race and Class Disparities. Frazier and Margai are the coauthors (with Eugene L. Tettey-Fio) of Race and Place: Equity Issues in Urban America.
