About the Author

Cherylanne "CeCe" Norwood, MA, is a survivor of incest and child sexual abuse and the founder of Nirvana Now!, an organization which has conducted research into the African American woman and child's experiences with incest and child sexual abuse, facilitates survivor support groups, provides life coaching services, publishes articles and maintains a speaker's bureau. Ms. Norwood has been a featured presenter at numerous state and national conferences. CeCe is a Certified Ohio Child Welfare Trainer, Life Coach, CASA/GAL and Education Surrogate Parent.
