David has a Ph.D in Behavioral Sciences, achieved from combined attendance at Columbia University and the International University of Graduate Studies, along with three decades of experience; his teaching, mentoring, coaching and consulting has focused on organization and leadership development. Assignments and have included, Merger & Acquisition alignment, divisional and departmental alignment, strategic change, leadership development, and culture change. Clients have included both national and international firms, such as Bear, Stearns & Co., where David also served as a Director from 1986-1994; Turner Construction Company, United States Mint, CH2M Hill, Foundacion Chile, American Airlines, Bristol-Myers Inc, Deloitte Touche, and Ingersoll-Rand. David has worked in various global contexts in countries such as: Chile, England, Tunisia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
