In the fifth grade of school, I started thinking for myself. At the eighth grade, I was beginning to think like everyone else. I did not want this to happen. I knew that with the ability to read and the desire to learn, I could better choose how to train my own mind, how to think about things without the input from men and women from the nineteenth and even the twentieth century. These thinking men and women (for the most part) have been dead for a number of years. We have brilliant trained scientists and technicians today, but they are handicapped by the shortage of the knowledge of energy. While thinking about this mystery and wondering why we have never studied about energy or where energy comes from, it caused me to give up on conventional schooling. I have been thinking for myself ever since that decision. The first thing I thought of was that I needed to acquire knowledge. The second thing that came to mind was that the educational system also needs to acquire knowledge, especially when it comes to science and physics. I realized that it is not the schoolteachers' function to acquire new knowledge. Their role is to pass on to the students what the school board passes on to them. Where, if, and how? Where, if, and how the school board gets new knowledge and if they pass it on, I'm not aware of it. I do understand how hard it would be to make the right decisions on this because technology (through experimentation) has exceeded our knowledge. We don't know why anything works. We just know how it works. While thinking about the answer to this problem, the solution came to me. When we learn all there is to know about energy, we will not have to experiment on anything because we will know how to do whatever it is that we want to do the first and every time. To have the complete identity of energy means that all of the answers to all of the why's concerning physics and astrophysics must be related and comparable and must be measurable in quantitative relationship.
