Work Ethics And The Generation Gap! Many employers are noticing a pessimistic difference in today's generation. We are all asking what happened to responsibility, motivation, having positive values, and integrity along with wanting and expecting more of today's youth and ourselves. Of course, there are many who have that excellent work ethic already. There are those who are workaholics and may need more balance in their lives, and maybe manage their time more wisely, which is also covered in this book. It sounds like there may be some questions. The real question may be: "Do we have the answers and how do we meet this solution as a nation?" I believe those of us who are parents, employers, teachers and all positive active members of the community can motivate the necessary changes towards more agreeable and moral principals. Dr. Joanne Sujansky, founder of KEY group, author, and certified professional speaker sheds some light on Generation X, Y, and the baby boomers in chapter ten. Also find out what the community has to say in chapter seven.

Robin L. Rask is known by many as the Queen of Time Management and is often referred to as a workhorse. Robin has been an Employment Specialist for 20 years and a vocational (R.O.P.) Regional Occuptional Program teacher for the past 12 years. Before that, she was in various sales, public relations, management and marketing positions. Along with both of her current jobs she also volunteers and makes presentations when ever possible by assisting others. Robin holds a credential in Personnel Administration and has designed, facilitated and coordinated numerous employer seminars. She has served on several community advisory boards and has been a long standing and active member of the High Desert Employment Services Network and the One Stop Career Center. Robin is brief and to the point when teaching applicants about work ethics and how to obtain employment because she knows what employers expect. Part of Robin's work ethics and time management techniques are organization, self discipline, multi-tasking, prioritizing, having integrity and learning to say NO when ever possible. These attributes are futher described in her books.
