Synopsis
This book of poems was written to share thoughts and feelings with family, friends, and everyone who enjoys reading poetry. It was a long time in the making. As the courage to pursue this dream did not come easily. The poems were inspired by people and observations in my life. I deeply hope the words will touch and enlighten those who read them, and that it will make a great addition to any book collection.

About the Author
I was born and raised in Indiana. Quiet and shy, due mostly to my short stature I kept many feelings inside. My interest in writing poetry came about in the 1980's as a way of expressing myself. I started writing a few poems, and even had a few published in anthologies. I didn't seriously consider publishing my own poetry book until a few years ago. This first experience at writing & publishing a book of poems has inspired me to write even more.
