Shonali Thomas, was born and raised in Northern California. She moved to San Diego in 2002 and is newly married to Eric Thomas. Family, friends and her love of animals are a big part of her life. Shonali's experience in the kitchen, began at an early age. Her love of food evolved as she began to experience the vast culinary world and sheer enjoyment of creating new and innovative dishes, incorporating new ingredients as often as possible.
