About the Author

The author has been practicing law for over thirty years. He has represented clients in contract, torts, domestic relations, wills and trusts. He has taught family law, wills, bankruptcy, criminal law, and trusts, among other subjects to paralegal students. He holds a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio where he was a member of Law Review and the Order of the Curia. He currently presents seminars on issues relating to Advance Care Planning and the need for persons of all ages to be prepared for the unexpected - health care and estate decisions that need to be made when they cannot.
