About the Author

Alan Phillips, a power industry engineer for over 28 years has worked across the country and around the world as a technical advisor, technology transfer instructor, technical writer/editor and training/operations manager for a number of leading power industry companies. He is the author of hundreds of project specific training manuals, lesson plans, operation and maintenance instruction manuals and commissioning procedures. During his extensive travels in his off-time he writes creatively penning/composing songs, poems, short stories, and humorous articles drawing from his experiences. When not traveling he devotes his time to his wife, children and grandchildren in the Wasatch mountains of Utah. "Grey's Christmas" is a culmination of his work representing the efforts of a two and a half year endeavor to create his first full length novel.
