Marcozzi Cosimo, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.At the age of fourteen, I found my first job which began a long career in the hospitality industry. For many years I worked with prestigious hotels and gourmet restaurants. I am now a culinary educator. J Sheldon HughesThe co-author's love of nature and wildlife began in his early childhood, which was spent in the outdoors of rural New Hampshire. An ardent animal lover, he also delights in being around animals, having lived with and cared for several exotic species.When J was a little boy, his father assembled a menagerie of exotic animals-from peacocks, monkeys, kangaroos and antelope, to the very small Chinese barking deer.In the house J lived with talking parrots and a baby chimp.J's writing speaks passionately for his love of the natural world.
