About the Author

Roger A. Brumback, M.D. is Professor of Pathology and Psychiatry at the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Brumback has specialty training in Pediatrics, Neurology (Child Neurology), Anatomic Pathology, and Neuropathology. He authored many scientific articles on a variety of topics including congenital disorders, cancer, behavior, muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer's disease, and Prion disease. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Child Neurology and also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine (JEBCAM). His personal webpage is www.rogerbrumback.com. For some of his early genetics research with New World Primates, a monkey species, Aotus brumbacki, was named in his honor.
