Synopsis
Holsteins and Rattlesnakes and Geckos Oh My! is the autobiography of Ron Woelfel. It takes you on a journey from childhood on a Midwest farm to the Southwest to the Hawaiian Islands and back to the Southwest. Many cultures and expeditions to wondrous and natural outdoor places expanded education along the way. Family and friends have always been a bonus sharing those unforgettable adventures.

About the Author
Ron J. Woelfel is a native of Wisconsin and grew up on a small farm in Calumet County. He attended catholic schools in New Holstein, St. Nazianz and several technical schools in Wisconsin as well as universities in Wisconsin, Arizona and Hawaii. His life as a farm boy and work as Industrial Engineer has taken him many places in the Southwest and Hawaiian Islands. By working in Wisconsin, Mexico, Hawaii and on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, he has come to appreciate the many cultures during his life. The people, cities, national parks and many other breathtaking scenic outdoor places have filled his life with enchantment. He currently resides in Nevada and part-time on Kauai with family.
