Allan F. Chino, Ph.D., ABPP is board certified inClinical Health Psychology and Past President of the American Academy of Clinical Health Psychology. He set up two anddirected three CARF-accredited painrehabilitation programs in northern California and Oregon. Currently in privatepractice near Portland, Oregon, Dr. Chino was elected to the Board of Directorsof the Oregon Psychological Association.He also serves on the Oregon PainManagement Commission which is charged with identifying and providing thelegislature with recommendations for removing barriers to the provision ofeffective pain management in the state.¿He has conducted biobehavioral research in the area of fibromyalgia. Inaddition to being a father (of two) and a husband (of one), Dr. Chino is amusician, a video producer, and former moderator of the board of deacons at hischurch.Corinne Dille Davis, M.D. isboard certified in Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, andElectrodiagnostic Medicine. With Dr. Chino, she developed and directed aCARF-accredited hospital-based pain rehabilitation program in northernCalifornia. Having had her fill of practicing in a corporate hospital setting,she now provides medical pain management services in her private practice. Inaddition, she works for the federal government as a clinician, researcher, andeducator of doctors in training. Dr. Davis is a devoted wife, mother, andactive member of her church.
