Dr. Bruce M. Whitehead is an elementary school principal as well as an associate professor of education for the University of Montana. As a result of his impact on education at state and national levels, he was awarded the National Distinguished Principal Award. One former Secretary of Education called Whitehead one of the most innovative educational administrators and visionaries in America. He is the author or co-author of 10 books as well as numerous journal articles.
Allan A. Glatthorn (deceased) was a Distinguished Research Professor of Education (Emeritus) at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.
