John Spitzberg is a retired special educationteacher, social worker, and critical care paramedic. He's lived in Alaska wherehe taught native children and worked for the State as a child protectionworker. He's lived in Maryland, Florida, Illinois, and Ohio and has traveledextensively in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Canada.His paramedic work with a private ambulance companyin Southeast Florida provided him with valuable experience with the elderly inhospitals, rehabilitation and nursing homes.
