Ruth Merritt was born and raised in Greensboro, Ga. At an early age she had a tragedy that kept her from finishing school. After becoming and adult, she got married and lost her husband after less than three years of marriage.¿Having to raise 3 children, at that time, alone, she overcame those obstacles for a young mother. In Ruth's early 50's she earns her GED. She gives God all the credit for bringing her in a place of real love and acceptance for who she is. She is well-known and loves to minister to everyone she meets.
