Synopsis
When Jess goes to stay at Grandad’s house she thinks it’s awfully bare and lonely. But then she discovers a special bear, wrapped in brown paper and hidden away in a cupboard, which whisks her away on a magical adventure. Neil Reed is an established children's book illustrator. He is also a landscape designer, with a keen interest in plants. He draws much of his inspiration from his native Cornish landscape, and spends his spare time surfing with his children at local beaches.
