About the Authors
Carl Semmelroth, Ph.D., has maintained a mental health practice for more than twenty-five years in Michigan. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Michigan. He is the coauthor of The Anger Habit and the author of The Anger Habit Workbook.
Donald E.P. Smith is Emeritus Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Michigan and the author of six books.
