About the Author

Eric Edmeades is a South African-born and Canada-raised entrepreneur with a varied business history including mobile computing, Hollywood special effects, military research and development, and the development of award-winning and lifesaving medical simulation equipment for the U.S. Army.

In 2011 Eric combined two of his passions--nutritional anthropology and behavioral change dynamics--to create WILDFIT(R), the highly effective health transformation coaching company that has now served over 50,000 clients in 130 countries. For that program, Eric has for two years in a row received the award for the highest-rated program on the Mindvalley platform.
