About the Author
Rolf Gates is one of the leading voices of modern yoga and the author of Meditations from the Mat and Meditations on Intention and Being. A former social worker and U.S. Airborne Ranger, his work has been featured in Yoga Journal, Natural Health, and People and as one of Travel and Leisure's Top 25 Yoga Studios around the World. He is the co-founder of the Yoga + Recovery Conference and works weekly one on one with clients in his Yoga Life Coaching program.
