About the Author
Mehran Elahi is an assistant professor of Department of Technology at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Science. Ata Elahi is a professor in the Computer Science Department at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
