Synopsis:
Dare to live life to the fullest. This is a lively life guide full of energy, encouragement and inspiration for every girl who dares to wish for more! Everybody has a list of things they want to do. For every woman who has ever looked at her mounting to-do lists and seen the time she has for the fun stuff in life dwindling by proportion, "The Daring Female's Guide To Ecstatic Living" is the answer. The concept is simple: find out what makes you ecstatic and then do it. And, most importantly, have fun along the way. Natasha Kogan's brilliant guide for the 21st century female life dares any woman to launch herself into a life that is more exciting, rewarding, interesting and fun. In 30 short chapters containing practical and interesting dares, checklists and inspirational sidebars, Kogan exhorts her readers to: dare to take life's detours; dare to look forward more than you look back; dare to have a life wish list and to check off one wish each year; dare to find what makes you ecstatic and do it for at least ten minutes every day.
