About the Authors

Lewis Abedi Asante is Senior Lecturer in Housing and Urban Development, Head of the Department of Estate Management and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Built and Natural Environment at Kumasi Technical University.

Ilse Helbrecht is Professor of Cultural and Social Geography at Humboldt University of Berlin.
