Four illustrations (epithelioma) were contributed by Dr. William Allen Pusey, four (rhinoscleroma) by Dr. M. J. Wunderlich of Guate mala, two (synovial lesions of the skin) by Dr. Richard L. Sutton and two (lupus vulgaris) by Dr. Jay F. Schamberg.
